Both of these tools are extremely powerful for updating mass amounts of records quickly and consistently. The Territory Realignment tool is most often used to reassign Contact and Calendar activities from one user to another as in the case of employee turn-over. The Global Replace Wizard will allow you update field values quickly across the entire database or simply to a Filtered/Grouped subset of records.
