Gateway Solutions Training

Gateway Solutions offers public, hands-on classes which are designed to allow our certified instructors to closely coach students.  We offer classes in GoldMine and Microsoft CRM.  The levels of the training vary from beginner through Administrator.  We also offer private training designed for your specific company requirements.

Rescheduling Policies

All Gateway Solutions classes are subject to postponement due to low enrollment or other unforeseeable reasons. Gateway Solutions reserves the right to reschedule a course at any time. If a class is rescheduled, Gateway Solutions will assume responsibility for contacting a student in the event that a class needs to be rescheduled. The customer may have the option to reschedule on a space-available basis but must submit the request with at least 2 business days PRIOR to the scheduled class date.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student cancellations more than 2 business days before the class, will receive a full refund. If a student cancellation is less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled class, the student is a no-show.
