The GoldMine Integration Service synchronizes Microsoft Exchange Server with GoldMine Corporate Edition and allows entire companies to view designated shared calendars, schedule appointments and access contacts whether they are using GoldMine Corporate Edition or Outlook via the Exchange Server. Responding to a growing demand for increased connectivity between applications, the new calendaring capabilities expand the reach of GoldMine users, increasing productivity, efficiency and revenue.
The integration is perfect for users wanting to share calendar and contact data between Microsoft Outlook and GoldMine, where Outlook is the main application for calendaring in the business and GoldMine is used to execute contact management and sales automation activities within Sales and Marketing teams.
Eliminating the frustration of getting double booked for meetings; the GoldMine ntegration with Microsoft Exchange Server tightens the communication circle by allowing a user to:
- Schedule meetings with GoldMine users in the Outlook calendar, and have those meetings appear on the GoldMine user’s calendar – without ever opening GoldMine.
- Check a user’s availability on a GoldMine calendar from within the Exchange scheduling tool in Microsoft Outlook to easily plan meetings and events with GoldMine and Outlook users.
- Copy GoldMine contact information from GoldMine to a public folder in Exchange to allow Outlook users to see GoldMine contact information.
- Send information from an Exchange public calendar to a GoldMine user’s calendar to keep everyone in the loop.
GoldMine Integration Services for Microsoft Exchange Server requires Exchange 2000 or higher and supports GoldMine Corporate Edition 6.0 or higher. GoldMine Integration Services for Microsoft Outlook for synchronized email and contacts.

With the Exchange Link you can:
- Synchronize calendar events between the GoldMine calendar and the Exchange calendar of mapped users.
- Copy GoldMine Contact information from GoldMine to public folder in Exchange.
- Copy event information from nomitated Exchange public calendars to a nominated GoldMine user calendar.
