DoubleLook (GM to Outlook Sync)

DoubleLook is a completely new product. It runs as an icon in your Windows System tray. When you make a change in Outlook, DoubleLook moves that change to GoldMine. This data transfer is completely transparent, GoldMine does not even have to be open, and no user license is required! If you make a change in GoldMine, that change is moved to Outlook. This exchange is so fast, you can freely work with both programs open, and never lose track of what you are doing!
DoubleLook treats GoldMine data in a special way in Outlook:
* Appointments and To-Do items are linked to a contact
* Contact notes in Outlook can contain GoldMine History
* GoldMine Additional contacts are treated as Outlook Contacts
* GoldMine 4.0, 5.x, 6.x dBASE and SQL
* And much more!
DoubleLook does not modify GoldMine or Outlook in any way. It runs as an independent application on the desktop. That means it will not interfere with GoldMine Palm Pilot Sync, or with RIM Pager or Nokia Phone programs that take data from Outlook. In fact, you can use DoubleLook as a great tool to synchronize GoldMine to any PocketPC device, like the HP iPaq or the Casio EM-200!

* Your Desktop PIM does not have to be open! An Outlook user can remain entirely in Outlook without ever opening another program. As changes are made, DoubleLook will migrate those changes realtime to the corporate database.
